During our stay at this hotel, my elderly parents were treated with such kindness and respect by the staff, going above and beyond to ensure their comfort and convenience. the ironing facilities provided were a lifesaver, allowing us to easily freshen up our clothes after a long day of exploring the city. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room were a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage whenever we pleased. the free toiletries provided in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our high expectations in every way possible, providing exceptional service and amenities that made our stay truly unforgettable.
